Who processes your data

Contact enquiries and quotes
The form collects your name, email address, service of interest and message. These are necessary to receive and handle your enquiry; without them the form cannot send it. You can also contact me directly by email. Please do not send health information or other particularly sensitive data.
For service enquiries and quotes, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other correspondence is handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in managing communications relevant to the business (Article 6(1)(f)). Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter or constitute consent to marketing.
The message passes through the Aruba server and SMTP mail service to the controller’s Gmail mailbox. The website does not store the message text in a database. Enquiries that do not become assignments are deleted from the mailbox and copies managed by the controller within six months of the last contact. If an assignment results, the necessary data are retained to perform it and meet applicable legal obligations. In a dispute, only data necessary to protect rights may be retained until the dispute is resolved.
Security and browsing data
Hosting and security systems may process your IP address, time, requested URL and technical browser information to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in security and service continuity. The form uses a pseudonymised identifier derived from the IP address and a timestamp to limit abusive submissions: the window is 15 minutes, and expired entries are removed on the next request. Names, email addresses and messages are not included in the anti-spam log. Hosting logs and backups follow Aruba’s service cycles and any legal obligations; you can ask the controller for information about applicable retention periods.
Cookies, advertising and external players
Necessary storage remembers language and privacy choices. Google Ads and YouTube, Vimeo and Spotify players are loaded only after you choose to allow the relevant service. Optional processing relies on consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Refusing does not prevent you from browsing the portfolio or sending enquiries. You can withdraw consent through Privacy choices, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Ads measures interactions with advertisements and successful submissions: the website does not add your name, email or message to conversion events. Advertising personalisation and enhanced conversions are disabled in the website configuration. See the cookie and provider notice for purposes, retention periods and controls.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by the controller, hosting and email providers (Aruba and Google for Gmail) and, if allowed through your preferences, player and Ads providers. Appointed professionals and authorities may receive strictly necessary data to meet legal obligations or protect rights. Form messages are not published.
Google, Vimeo and Spotify services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Providers’ terms and notices describe countries, roles and transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions where applicable or standard contractual clauses. Cookie consent does not replace the safeguards required for transfers. You may ask the controller for information and a copy of the safeguards applicable to his providers.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Write to the privacy contact above. You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority. The controller does not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
